NCT ID NCT06977438
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether teens with obesity need an intensive lifestyle program (26+ hours) or if a low-intensity program works just as well when they are also taking new obesity medications. About 1,020 teens aged 12 to 17 with a BMI at or above the 95th percentile will take part. The goal is to find the best way to help teens lose weight, improve their health, and avoid side effects like poor nutrition.
