Summary

This study is testing whether a special injection treatment can help people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. Sixty participants will receive either a sugar-based solution or a standard numbing medicine injected into specific points in their lower back over three sessions. Researchers will compare which group experiences better pain relief and improved daily function over 90 days.
