Needles vs. aching backs: can simple injections offer lasting relief?
NCT ID NCT07296653
Summary
This study is testing whether a special injection treatment can help people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. 60 participants will receive injections of either a sugar-water and numbing medicine mix or just the numbing medicine at specific points in their lower back. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the sugar-water mixture provides better pain relief and improved movement over 90 days.
