Summary
This study tested a 10-session group program called Project Life Force for 294 veterans at risk of suicide. The program helps veterans build and improve their personal safety plans by learning coping and emotion regulation skills. The goal was to reduce suicidal thoughts and behaviors compared to standard individual safety planning.
