Summary
This study tests if a fast-paced, intensive therapy for PTSD (called Massed Prolonged Exposure) can help adults who are also getting treatment for substance use. About 168 people will either get this new therapy or their usual care. Researchers will check if PTSD symptoms and substance use improve more with the intensive therapy.
