New video program aims to keep aging veterans active and independent

NCT ID NCT05493241

Summary

This study is developing and testing a video-based program to help older Veterans at risk of losing their ability to do daily tasks. The program uses 'behavioral activation,' a method that helps people get more involved in activities they value. Researchers will first get feedback on the program, then test it with a small group, and finally compare it to usual care for 48 Veterans to see if it's helpful and practical.
