New shot may replace vaginal gel for IVF support

Summary
This study tests if a progesterone shot under the skin works as well as a vaginal gel for helping embryos implant after a frozen embryo transfer. About 680 women aged 35 to 42 with infertility will take part. The goal is to see if the shot is safe and effective for supporting early pregnancy.
