This pilot study aims to see if giving college students free boxes of fresh fruits and vegetables each week for 8 weeks helps them eat healthier and feel more food secure. About 20 students will take part, and researchers will measure changes in their skin nutrient levels using a simple finger scan. The study will also check if this kind of program is practical to run on a college campus.
