Summary
This study looked at whether giving people more money each month to buy fruits and vegetables helps them actually use the benefit and eat healthier. 242 adults in Stockton, California were randomly assigned to receive $40, $80, or $110 per month for 6 months. Researchers tracked how much of the benefit was spent and measured changes in food security and diet.
