Summary

This study reviews medical records from about 200 people who received a Prodisc C Vivo device at two levels in the neck to treat degenerative disc disease. The goal is to see how safe the device is and how well it works by tracking any additional surgeries needed and other health outcomes. Results will be compared to published data on similar devices.
