Looking back at a Two-Level neck disc replacement

Summary
This study is looking back at the safety and performance of a specific artificial disc implant (prodisc® C Vivo) when used to replace two damaged discs in the neck. It will review the medical records and X-rays of 200 patients who have already received this implant to see how well it worked and how often patients needed a second surgery. The goal is to understand the long-term results of this two-level disc replacement procedure.
