Summary
This study tested an online program called PROCARE-I+ to prevent anxiety and depression in 30 teenagers who were at high risk for emotional problems. The program helped improve their mood, quality of life, and ability to handle emotions. The study also found that family issues were linked to emotional difficulties, but no other risk factors predicted symptoms.
