Summary
This study is testing a program called Bright IDEAS, which teaches problem-solving skills to help young adults cope with the stress of a new cancer diagnosis. It involves six one-on-one coaching sessions and is being compared to standard supportive care. Researchers will measure changes in depression, anxiety, and overall quality of life over two years to see if the training helps.
