New telehealth program aims to ease the lingering struggle for veterans with concussion

Summary

This study is testing a short telehealth program designed to help Veterans who have had a concussion and are also experiencing ongoing mental health symptoms like stress or depression. The program teaches practical problem-solving skills to help manage daily challenges and improve quality of life. Researchers will compare the program to usual care to see if it better reduces distress and improves functioning for 134 participating Veterans.
