Summary

This study is testing whether a daily food supplement containing probiotics, vitamins, and minerals can help improve metabolic health in pregnant women. It will involve 84 pregnant women with a higher body mass index (BMI) who will take the supplement from early pregnancy until about 30 weeks. Researchers will check if it helps control blood sugar, insulin levels, and weight gain.
