NCT ID NCT07013409
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a daily probiotic blend can improve hormone levels, body composition, and mood in obese women. One hundred women aged 18 to 40 with a BMI of 25 or higher will take either the probiotics or a placebo for three months. Researchers will measure changes in estrogen and other factors to see if the probiotics offer any benefit.
