Summary

This study tests whether taking a specific probiotic blend (two types of Bifidobacterium longum) can help healthy adults sleep better and feel less stressed during short trips. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the probiotic or a placebo, and researchers will measure sleep quality, stress levels, and gut bacteria changes. The goal is to see if these probiotics can make travel easier on the body and mind.
