Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and effects of an oral probiotic called R-3750 in adults with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. Researchers will monitor side effects and check if the probiotic reduces bowel inflammation and improves symptoms. The goal is to see if this probiotic could help control the disease alongside standard medications.
