NCT ID NCT06297213

Summary

This is an early safety study to see if a new oral probiotic called R-2487 is safe and well-tolerated in people with Sjogren's Syndrome. The study will enroll 36 participants who will take the probiotic, and doctors will check for side effects, measure inflammation, and see if it affects their symptoms or quality of life. The main goal is to find a safe dose before testing if it can help control the disease.
