Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific probiotic (MO-03) to standard immunotherapy drugs helps people with advanced kidney cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse. Researchers believe a healthy gut might make cancer treatments work better. About 718 people will take either the probiotic or a placebo pill along with their standard cancer treatment to see which group does better.
