This study tests whether a daily probiotic (Lacticaseibacillus paracasei PS23) can improve thinking skills and quality of life in 40 adults aged 50-85 who feel their memory is slipping but have no dementia diagnosis. Participants take the probiotic and complete computer-based thinking tests and blood checks over the study period. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can ease symptoms of age-related cognitive decline.
