Summary
This early-stage study tests whether an oral probiotic called R-2487 is safe for people with Sjogren's Syndrome, an autoimmune disease causing dry eyes and mouth. About 36 adults will take the probiotic and be monitored for side effects and changes in disease activity. The goal is to see if this approach is safe enough for further testing.
