Summary

This study will test whether a probiotic supplement called Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Dad-13 can change the gut bacteria and improve physical performance in 30 adolescent athletes. Participants will take the probiotic and have their gut bacteria, inflammation markers, and VO2max (a measure of endurance) measured. The goal is to see if the supplement has any effect on these factors.
