Summary
This study is testing whether a daily probiotic supplement can help prevent excessive crying and colic in healthy newborns. Researchers will give either the probiotic or a placebo to 768 infants during their first 3 months of life. The study will measure crying time, colic occurrence, and also look at effects on skin conditions and gut bacteria.
