Summary
This study is testing a specially developed probiotic, called LR607, as an add-on treatment for people with mild-to-moderate Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers want to see if taking this probiotic alongside standard medication can help reduce gut inflammation and improve symptoms by targeting a specific pathway in the body. The trial will involve 300 participants to assess the probiotic's effects and safety.
