Summary
This study is testing whether a daily probiotic supplement can improve markers of healthy aging in adults aged 40-75. Researchers will measure changes in blood tests, gut bacteria, and quality of life surveys over five months. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the probiotic or a placebo pill.
