Summary
This study is testing whether a new probiotic supplement called CLB101 can improve gut health and ease digestive symptoms in healthy, overweight adults. Researchers will compare the probiotic against a placebo (inactive pill) in 48 participants who report moderate to severe gut discomfort. The main goal is to check if the probiotic is safe and well-tolerated, while also seeing if it helps with symptoms like bloating, gas, and abdominal pain.
