Could a daily probiotic drink help manage MS symptoms?
NCT ID NCT07304713
Summary
This study tested whether it was practical and acceptable for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to take a daily probiotic drink for 12 weeks. Researchers enrolled 29 UK adults with MS to see if they could stick to the regimen and to explore any early effects on their quality of life, fatigue, and gut health. The study was a first step to gather information, not a test to prove the probiotic works as a treatment.
