Summary
This study is testing if a pill called probenecid can improve sperm movement in men with spinal cord injuries, a common cause of infertility in this group. Researchers will enroll 90 men to see if the medication increases the number of healthy, swimming sperm. The goal is to offer a new option to help these men have biological children.
