Summary
This study is testing a new way to provide supportive care for cancer patients. It will enroll 700 adults with any type of cancer. The care pathway includes a full needs assessment and referrals to support services. Researchers will measure whether this approach reduces patient distress and unmet needs after 12 weeks.
