Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called BGB-58067, alone or with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (MTAP deficiency). The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 525 participants will take part across multiple centers.
