Summary
This study aims to help health students aged 18-30 who struggle financially. Researchers will offer three types of free support: one-on-one counseling, group workshops on stress and budgeting, or a mix of both. The goal is to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress, and to help students find and use existing support services.
