Summary
This study compares prism adaptation training (PAT) alone versus PAT combined with mild electrical stimulation (TENS) in 20 stroke survivors who have unilateral spatial neglect—a condition where they ignore one side of their body. The goal is to see if the combination improves attention and arm movement more than PAT alone. Participants will be assessed using standard tests before and after treatment.
