New chemo delivery method aims to improve pancreatic cancer surgery

Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new method of delivering chemotherapy directly to pancreatic tumors through the arteries. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can help more patients have successful surgery to remove their cancer. Ten people with borderline resectable pancreatic cancer will receive standard chemo and radiation, plus this targeted chemo delivery, before surgery.
