Brain training device aims to restore joy in depression
NCT ID NCT06982820
Summary
This study is testing whether a new brain training software called Prism can help people with major depression, especially those who have lost pleasure in activities. Participants will use the Prism device during 20 clinic sessions over 10 weeks while researchers measure their brain activity. The goal is to see if this neurofeedback approach works better than a sham (fake) treatment at reducing depression symptoms.
