Summary

This study aims to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) system that can predict how well stomach cancer will respond to chemotherapy and immunotherapy given before surgery. Researchers will collect data from 2,000 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer and use their CT scans and tissue samples to train the AI. If successful, this tool could help doctors personalize treatment, ensuring patients get the most effective therapy while avoiding unnecessary side effects.
