Robot surgery could spare testicular cancer patients from chemo side effects

Summary
This study tests a robot-assisted surgery to remove lymph nodes in men with early-stage testicular cancer (seminoma) that has spread a little. The goal is to see if this approach can predict cancer return and reduce long-term side effects from chemotherapy. About 60 participants will be followed to check survival, quality of life, and complications.
