Summary
This study tests a robot-assisted surgery to remove lymph nodes in men with stage II seminoma (a type of testicular cancer). The goal is to see if this approach can predict cancer recurrence and allow some patients to avoid chemotherapy and its long-term side effects. About 60 participants will be followed to measure survival, quality of life, and complications.
