Summary
This study looks at how well standard care works for people with a serious spinal infection called primary spondylodiscitis. About 50 patients will be followed for one year to see if the infection is cured, how much pain improves, and if any complications arise. The goal is to understand the real-world success of antibiotics, braces, and surgery for this condition.
