Massive 10-Year study seeks genetic clues to rare immune diseases

NCT ID NCT03394053

Summary

This study aims to better understand primary immunodeficiency disorders (PIDs), which are diseases that weaken the immune system. Researchers will follow up to 2,500 people with a PID, their healthy relatives, and unrelated healthy volunteers for up to 10 years. The main goal is to learn more about the genetic causes of these disorders and track long-term health outcomes by collecting blood samples and health information.
