Summary

This study looks at 180 adults recently diagnosed with heart failure and a weak heart pump. Researchers will use multiple types of heart scans and tests to see if they can predict whose heart function will improve over 3-12 months. A smaller part of the study tests a higher dose of a medicine used during a special PET scan to see if it gives clearer pictures. The goal is to better understand heart recovery and help doctors personalize care.
