Summary

This study tests a combination of chemotherapy (carboplatin and paclitaxel) plus an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) in 27 men with advanced penile cancer that has spread to lymph nodes. The goal is to see if this treatment can completely eliminate the cancer before surgery. Participants will receive the drugs first, then have surgery to remove any remaining cancer.
