Summary
This study tests whether injecting a substance made from the patient's own blood (platelet-rich fibrin) into the gums can help teeth move faster during braces. Fourteen people aged 18-26 with crowded upper teeth will receive either the injection or a placebo after a tooth extraction. The goal is to see if this approach can shorten the time needed to straighten teeth.
