First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests a non-invasive treatment called pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) for knee pain caused by osteoarthritis. Fifty adults aged 40-75 with chronic knee pain will receive either real PRF or a sham procedure to see if it reduces pain and improves function. The goal is to offer a drug-free option for those who haven't found relief from standard treatments.
