Summary

This study tests a new training program for general practitioners in France to help them talk with patients about improving diet, increasing physical activity, and reducing sitting time. The goal is to prevent chronic diseases like cancer and obesity. About 882 adults who are not yet ready to change their habits will take part, and researchers will see if the program helps them take steps toward healthier behaviors.
