NCT ID NCT07431346

Summary

This study is testing a new program designed to prevent taste changes in people receiving radiation or chemotherapy for head and neck cancer. Eighty patients will be split into two groups: one will receive a special 4-week mouth therapy, while the other receives standard care. The therapy includes massage, cooling techniques, and taste training to help patients keep their sense of taste and improve their ability to eat.
