First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new back brace designed to prevent a common complication called proximal junctional kyphosis (PJK) after spinal deformity surgery. Participants will wear the brace after surgery, and doctors will check X-rays at 6 months to see if it helps prevent the abnormal curve.
