Cement shield for Cancer-Weakened spines

Summary
This study is testing if a medical cement procedure can prevent painful spinal fractures in cancer patients whose disease has spread to the spine. Patients at high risk for fracture receive either standard targeted radiation or radiation plus the cement procedure. The goal is to see if the cement strengthens the bone, prevents breaks, and improves pain and quality of life.
