Shiver no more: new drug cocktail aims to stop Post-Surgery tremors

Summary
This study tests three different doses of a drug called dexmedetomidine, given with spinal anesthesia, to see if it can prevent shivering after surgery. 120 adults having kidney stone removal will be randomly assigned to receive one of the three doses or a placebo. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose to reduce uncomfortable and potentially harmful shivering.
