Summary
This study compares two medications, dexmedetomidine and midazolam, to see which is better at preventing shivering in trauma patients having leg surgery under spinal anesthesia. Shivering is a common side effect that can cause discomfort and complications. The trial will enroll 100 adults and monitor shivering during and after surgery.
