Summary
This study tests whether the drug guselkumab can prevent psoriatic arthritis in people with psoriasis who are at high risk. About 176 adults with long-term psoriasis and early signs of joint inflammation will receive either guselkumab or standard care. The goal is to see if the drug reduces joint damage and stops arthritis from developing over two years.
